Remedy

T & I both woke up with a cold this morning.

Going to try making Alice Water's Chicken Noodle Soup for dinner tonight.

Pictured- Warm water with apple cider vinegar, honey, and lemon juice. Supposedly a cold remedy. Meant to be sipped slowly & repeated in 4 hours.

Smoothie made with fresh blackberries, frozen organic wild blueberries (God Bless Trader Joe's), organic apple juice, 1 whole banana, ground flax seed.

Winter colds are miserable, whether you're in a sunny or snowy spot. I hope you and Tomory are soon feeling much better. Chicken noodle soup is a cure-all for a reason; enjoy your medicine!
